Starting from one photo of a finished renovation, garden or build, the stages are reverse-engineered (empty lot, frame, finish), each one is generated from a locked aerial angle, and the transitions are animated as a fast-forward construction time-lapse with crews and machines. Viewers wait to see what it becomes, so real-estate and landscaping firms use it for ads. An agent writes the stage list, renders consistent stills with Nano Banana 2.1 by editing backwards from the final image, interpolates the transitions with first/last-frame Kling v3, and adds an ElevenLabs Music bed.
