Full index: https://skills.varg.ai/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add.mdto its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the how-to page.

What it does
Splits subtitles at natural boundaries, translates with an LLM in a translate-reflect-adapt loop, aligns timing and optionally dubs with several TTS engines, producing single-line subtitles that read like professional ones. Runs as a local web app; the README includes a prompt you can hand to a computer-using agent to install it.
Use when
- subtitle and translate a video properly
- dub a video into another language
- fix long, badly split auto-subtitles
