Shot Sizes & Angles — prompt skill for camera & shots
For AI agents: find the right skill in one call —
curl -s "https://skills.varg.ai/api/search?q=<what the person wants>"returns the matching use case and the best skills with install commands, as markdown (Russian works too). Full index: https://skills.varg.ai/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add.mdto its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the use-case page.
17 framing cards — extreme wide to insert, eye level to worm's-eye — with model-ready clauses.

What it does
Eight shot sizes and nine camera angles as original cards: what each framing shows, when a director reaches for it, and the near-miss that reads differently (a high angle is not an overhead; a worm's-eye is not a low angle). Aliases cover crew shorthand (EWS, MCU, OTS), Kling's shot labels ('Medium Close up', 'Full Body Shot'), Luma's nine angle concepts and Seedance's 特写 / 近景 / 中景 / 全景 / 大全景. Deep links send humans to shot.cafe tag pages and eyecannndy technique pages; the agent never fetches them.
Use when
- Deciding how tight to frame a subject or where to put the camera
- Writing shot labels for a multi-shot prompt
- Matching framing across clips from different models
Not for
- Camera movement (craft-camera-moves)
- Lens choice and depth of field (craft-lens-optics)
Install
