OpenMontage Silence Cutter & Auto Reframe — guide skill for cuts & pacing
For AI agents: find the right skill in one call —
curl -s "https://skills.varg.ai/api/search?q=<what the person wants>"returns the matching how-to page and the best skills with install commands, as markdown (Russian works too). Full index: https://skills.varg.ai/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add.mdto its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the how-to page.

What it does
Two OpenMontage tools that make the classic talking-head edit without a model: tools/video/silence_cutter.py finds pauses with ffmpeg silencedetect and removes them, speeds them up or only marks them; tools/video/auto_reframe.py turns a 16:9 interview into 9:16 by tracking the speaker's face with MediaPipe/OpenCV and smoothing the crop so it never jitters. Use them from inside OpenMontage or copy the scripts.
