## What it does

A letterboxed shot in which the character breaks the frame: a hand, a katana or a sneaker sole overlaps the black bars as if leaping out of the screen. Kōda's Seedance 2.5 version drew 1.6K bookmarks, but she notes the model decides the bar size and camera moves can bend the bars. An agent can make it reliable: generate a clean full-frame action clip with Seedance 2.5, cut a subject matte (for example with the HyperFrames CLI's background removal), draw the letterbox in code, and composite the matte over the bars so the pop-out is exact on every frame.
