## What it does

An orchestration skill over the VectCut (Liuguang) cloud editing API. It routes requests into chains: talking-head edits with filler-pause removal (template-based by default), multi-clip remixes with AI voiceover, subtitles and BGM, e-commerce ads with person cutout, picture-in-picture and keyword callouts, plus AI image/video fill-in shots, cover generation and cloud rendering. It can also fetch videos from Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, TikTok and YouTube links before editing, open drafts in the VectCut desktop client via a deeplink, and turn a finished workflow into a Feishu Bitable automation with AI-agent prompts. The detailed per-step rules live in a `rules/` folder that is not included in this SKILL.md.

- Adding a single plain line of text or a title; the skill routes that to API search, not the subtitle chain
