What it does

Shotstack renders edits described as JSON timelines (tracks, clips, transitions, captions, templates). Its beta MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex or Gemini CLI compose an edit, open it in an inline Studio editor for review, validate and render it, and poll status; agents are told to call get_shotstack_guide first for the authoring rules.
