## What it does

Displays animated GIFs in PixiJS v8 through the `pixi.js/gif` import, loading a `GifSource` and playing it with `GifSprite`. It covers playback control, autoplay and looping, frame callbacks, manual update mode, sharing source data between sprites and releasing memory on destroy.
