## What it does

One verb, `npx hyperframes media-use resolve`, turns a need into a local file in `assets/` with a ledger record, so renders never fetch. Each media type has a HeyGen route (a 10k-track music catalog, 75k+ images and icons, voices, avatar video) and a free route with no account (Openverse and 21 bundled sound effects, on-device Kokoro TTS, local transcription, background removal, LUT grades). It also mixes placed audio and treats footage that looks dark, flat or dull.
