A marker-style stroke with a slight boil travels from a two-word note in the margin to the UI target; the head lands last.

When: Point at a small detail in a UI shot that the viewer would otherwise miss.

Watch out: Do not let the arrow cross the product UI it points at; route it around and land on the edge of the target.

Timing: Label 0.3 s, stroke draw 0.5–0.7 s power2.out, hold ≥ 1.5 s.
