## What it does

GreenSock's official skill for `gsap.timeline()`: the position parameter (absolute, relative and label-based), labels, timeline defaults and constructor options, nesting child timelines, and playback control including seeking with `tl.time()` and `tl.progress()`. Its best practices favour one timeline and the position parameter over chained delays. A paused timeline that the renderer seeks frame by frame is how HyperFrames turns GSAP into video, so pair this skill with the HyperFrames skill when choreographing scenes.
