## What it does

The /watch command downloads a video with yt-dlp, extracts frames at scene changes, builds a timestamped transcript (captions first, Whisper as a fallback) and hands it all to the agent. Use it to tear down a viral hook, an ad or a music video before planning your own version: pacing, shots, on-screen text and what is said when.
