Bilibili Transcribe & Summary — tool skill for research & trends

For AI agents: find the right skill in one call — curl -s "https://skills.varg.ai/api/search?q=<what the person wants>" returns the matching how-to page and the best skills with install commands, as markdown (Russian works too). Full index: https://skills.varg.ai/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add .md to its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the how-to page.

Turns a Bilibili link into a transcript and summary: official subtitles first, cloud speech-to-text as fallback

What it does

Given a Bilibili URL, BV id or b23.tv short link, a Node.js script parses the page, uses the official subtitles if they exist, and otherwise downloads the anonymous audio stream (.m4s renamed to .mp3, no transcoding) and sends it to SiliconFlow's TeleAI/TeleSpeechASR model. The agent then writes a key-points summary by default, or a full transcript or focused analysis on request, and says whether the text came from subtitles or ASR. The author notes that anonymous audio access is not always reliable and some videos fail because of Bilibili restrictions.
