Agent CLI Welcome Screen — effect skill for code & terminal

For AI agents: find the right skill in one call — curl -s "https://skills.varg.ai/api/search?q=<what the person wants>" returns the matching how-to page and the best skills with install commands, as markdown (Russian works too). Full index: https://skills.varg.ai/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add .md to its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the how-to page.

A coding agent's terminal welcome screen appears, a prompt types, and the agent starts working.

What it does

Built on Claude Code by Kapish Dima (remocn), MIT. The write-up and recipes below are varg's.

Dashed welcome box with the tool name, a prompt line typing the task, then status lines and file edits streaming.

When: Videos about agent workflows, skills and plugins for terminal agents.

Watch out: Do not copy a brand's TUI pixel for pixel without permission; keep it generic or use the real recording.

Timing: Welcome 0.4 s, prompt typing 50–70 ms/char, status lines every 0.3 s.

Also called: Claude Code screen, TUI welcome, coding agent terminal
