Use Split Text from React Bits (https://reactbits.dev/text-animations/split-text, MIT + Commons Clause: fine in video). Install with `npx shadcn@latest add @react-bits/SplitText-JS-CSS`; it uses GSAP and the SplitText plugin. Use it for title cards and lower-third names. Set text, splitType ('chars', 'words' or 'lines'), delay between pieces in ms, duration, ease and from/to. It plays a GSAP tween once the element scrolls into view. Build the timeline paused instead and call tl.seek((frame - startFrame) / fps) on every frame, so the reveal lands exactly on your cue.
