Use Count Up from React Bits (https://reactbits.dev/text-animations/count-up, MIT + Commons Clause: OK in a video). Install with `npx shadcn@latest add @react-bits/CountUp-JS-CSS` and use it for stat beats: users, revenue, percent growth, set large and centred or beside a label. Set from, to, duration, separator, prefix/suffix, decimals and easing. It animates with Motion once it scrolls into view. For video, compute value = from + (to - from) * ease(clamp((frame - startFrame) / (duration * fps), 0, 1)) and format it the same way.
