## Prompt that renders it frame-exact

Decode a title or label with Motion Primitives' Text Scramble (https://motion-primitives.com/docs/text-scramble, MIT), in a monospace font wherever the word sits in the frame. Install with `npx motion-primitives@latest add text-scramble`. It replaces letters on a setInterval with Math.random picks from characterSet until duration runs out, so for a render compute the step from frame / fps ÷ speed, reveal letters left to right by progress, and pick scrambled characters with a seeded random keyed on (step, index); in HyperFrames run that function from the timeline time. Set duration, speed, characterSet and fire trigger at the frame the decode should start.
