## Prompt that renders it frame-exact

Use Warp Background from Magic UI (https://magicui.design/docs/components/warp-background, MIT) behind a hero card, a quote or a product shot in the centre of the frame. The tunnel is CSS 3D; the streaks are motion animations with random hue, lane and delay that repeat forever. For a render, pick each beam's lane, hue and delay from a seeded random and compute its travel from ((frame / fps - delay) % beamDuration) / beamDuration; in HyperFrames put the same beams on the paused timeline with finite repeats. Set perspective, beamsPerSide, beamSize, beamDuration, beamDelayMin/beamDelayMax and gridColor.
