Border Beam — primitive for entrances & emphasis (react)

For AI agents: find the right skill in one call — curl -s "https://skills.varg.ai/api/search?q=<what the person wants>" returns the matching use case and the best skills with install commands, as markdown (Russian works too). Full index: https://skills.varg.ai/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add .md to its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the use-case page.

Prompt that renders it frame-exact

Use Border Beam from Magic UI (https://magicui.design/docs/components/border-beam, MIT) to draw the eye to one card, button or screenshot in the frame. The beam is a small gradient element moving along the border with CSS offset-path, and motion animates offset-distance from 0% to 100% forever. For a render, set offset-distance yourself, ((frame / fps - delay) / duration % 1) * 100%, in Remotion, or use a finite-repeat tween on HyperFrames' paused timeline. Set size, duration, colorFrom and colorTo (brand), borderWidth and reverse; two beams running opposite ways look good on a hero card.
