Use Text Along Path from Fancy Components (https://www.fancycomponents.dev/docs/components/text/text-along-path, MIT). Install with `npx shadcn add @fancy/text-along-path` with the @fancy registry in components.json. Use it as a looping band of words (cities, tags, a slogan) curving across the frame, or wrapped around a circle as a badge. Set path (any SVG path d), text, animationType='auto', duration, viewBox, textAnchor and textClassName for font and colour. The auto mode uses an SVG <animate> on startOffset. To seek it, call svg.pauseAnimations() and svg.setCurrentTime(frame / fps) each frame, or set startOffset yourself from ((frame / fps) % duration) / duration.
