Use Box Carousel from Fancy Components (https://www.fancycomponents.dev/docs/components/carousel/box-carousel, MIT). Install with npx shadcn add @fancy/box-carousel with the @fancy registry in components.json. Use it as a 3D slideshow for product shots, before/after images or video clips (faces can hold <video>). Set items, width, height, direction ('left', 'right', 'top' or 'bottom'), perspective and autoPlayInterval. The autoplay uses setInterval and Motion springs. Compute the face index from floor(frame / fps * 1000 / autoPlayInterval) and the box rotation from the eased time since the last turn, and set enableDrag={false}.
