Install with `npx shadcn@latest add @animate-ui/backgrounds-stars` and place it full-frame. Three star layers (1, 2 and 3 px) scroll upward in Motion loops; the smallest crosses 2000 px in `speed` seconds and the others take two and three times longer. For a frame-exact render, set each layer's translateY from the frame: -(frame / fps / (speed × k) × 2000) mod 2000 with k = 1, 2, 3 (Remotion via useCurrentFrame(), HyperFrames via a paused GSAP timeline). Turn the mouse parallax off, set starColor, and lower speed for a slower drift.
