Soft Blur In — primitive for text reveals (react)

For AI agents: find the right skill in one call — curl -s "https://skills.varg.ai/api/search?q=<what the person wants>" returns the matching use case and the best skills with install commands, as markdown (Russian works too). Full index: https://skills.varg.ai/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add .md to its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the use-case page.

A phrase fades up character by character out of a soft blur, holds, then drifts up and blurs away

Prompt that renders it frame-exact

Use Soft Blur In from Animata (https://animata.design/docs/text/soft-blur-in, MIT) for hero titles and chapter cards, centred in the frame. It runs on Animata's TextAnimator, which plays Web Animations per character and sequences enter, hold and exit with timers. For a render, drop the timers and build the same keyframes (opacity 0→1, y 16px→0, blur 12px→0, 900 ms, 25 ms stagger, ease-out cubic) as finite WAAPI animations or a GSAP stagger on HyperFrames' paused timeline; in Remotion compute each character's progress from (frame / fps - start - i * 0.025) / 0.9 with the same easing. Pass your phrases (an array cycles), and set the font, size and colour.
