Reveal a quote or voice-over line with Aceternity UI's Text Generate Effect (https://ui.aceternity.com/components/text-generate-effect; free under the Aceternity License, fine in commercial video, source not redistributable), centered in the frame in large type. Install with `npx shadcn@latest add @aceternity/text-generate-effect`. It staggers each word's opacity and blur with Motion's useAnimate on mount, so in Remotion compute every word's opacity and blur from frame / fps with a per-word delay, and in HyperFrames stagger the words on the paused timeline. Pass words, filter (blur on or off) and duration, and time the stagger to the narration.
