## Prompt that renders it frame-exact

Open the video with Aceternity UI's Lamp Effect (https://ui.aceternity.com/components/lamp-effect; free under the Aceternity License, fine in commercial video, source not redistributable): the LampContainer fills the frame and my title sits under the light. Install with `npx shadcn@latest add @aceternity/lamp`. The lamp opens with Motion whileInView tweens (width 15rem to 30rem over 0.8 s), which fire on a viewport event, so replace them with widths and opacities interpolated from frame / fps (Remotion) or with a GSAP tween on the paused HyperFrames timeline. Swap the cyan-500 conic gradients for my accent color and keep the slate-950 background.
