Add Aceternity UI's Background Lines (https://ui.aceternity.com/components/background-lines; free under the Aceternity License, fine in commercial video, source not redistributable) as a full-frame layer behind my headline. Install with `npx shadcn@latest add @aceternity/background-lines`. Each SVG path animates its stroke-dashoffset with Motion on repeat with random delays, so in Remotion compute every path's dash offset from frame / fps with fixed per-path delays, and in HyperFrames tween strokeDashoffset on the paused timeline. Set svgOptions.duration for speed and recolor the path palette to the brand.
